Amorphophallus opertus
120cm, a medium sized species native of humus rich soils in woods in southern Vietnam. Makes a short-stalked inflorescence with an olive-green and pale brownish-green mottled spathe and a short yellowish-cream spadix inside. Has a dark green stalk with large pale grayish-green spots. Easily grown in any rich, very well drained soil. In winter keep dormant corms almost completely dry at a minimum of some 15°C. IV-V.
