70 (100)cm, a species native of Thailand with an umbrella of intense green leaflets with prominent veins and a showy apple green spathe surrounding a nicely contrasting, almost pure white, swollen spadix. For any rich, well drained soil in a partially shaded to sunny spot. Keep dormant corms absolutely dry in winter at some 10°C until the new leaf emerges towards end of spring. V-VI.
